Thank you for participation in the meeting in support of Ukraine, which took place near Belfast City Hall on June 25, 2023.
We were able to draw the attention of the local population to the situation in Ukraine and convey that the war is still ongoing. Statistics and photographic evidence of the aggressor country’s terrorist treatment of Ukrainian children were also highlighted. We once again emphasized the consequences of the explosion of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant and the potential for a terrorist actions at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant. The participants of the rally contributed to a fundraising effort and collected a record amount of £1522 for humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
