On 10.12.2023, volunteers of our community held a Ukrainian Christmas event, where we expressed our gratitude to everyone who helps Ukraine and Ukrainians during this difficult time.
On 18th November 2023, a master class on making our Ukrainian Motanka Doll was held.
Last week Their Majesties the King and Queen hosted an event at Buckingham Palace to thank representatives of the many groups who play a leading part in the UK’s contribution to humanitarian action.
The ambulance vehicle for Ukraine, which, together with medical aid, was sent thanks to the funds collected with your help, has arrived in Ukraine.
On 21-22 October 2023, Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh provided consular service to citizens of Ukraine in Northern Ireland for the first time. This became possible thanks to the close cooperation of the Ukrainian community in Northern Ireland with the Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh.
College student Lauren McGeown took part in the Dublin marathon, during which she raised funds to help with humanitarian assistance in Ukraine, and which she handed over to representatives of the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland community group on 19/10/2023.
Thanks to your donations we were able to collect money for a delivery of the 3rd ambulance and it is already on its way to fulfill its important mission
On the 24th August 2023 our community was provided with an Ambulance vehicle from St John Ambulance. It is the 3rd Ambulance vehicle that will go to Ukraine from the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland Community group.
