On July 25, 2024, the semifinal of the UEFA European Under-19 Championship took place between the national teams of Ukraine and France in Windsor Park, Belfast.

On 22.06.2024 Ulster University and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv signed a Memorandum of Understanding in relation to areas of future cooperation and engagement between the two Universities.

On 08.06.2024, the Annual General Meeting of the “Ukrainians in Northern Ireland” community group was held.

On Tuesday, 4th of June 2024, representatives of the Ukrainian charity organization "Ukrainians in NI LTD", with the support of Alan Moore OBE TD DL, met with the original founder and funder of "Foyle Friends of Ukraine" Aaron Donaghey.

On 20th of May 2024, on Belfast City Hall grounds, Ukrainians in Northern Ireland put on display the ambulance vehicle, which was purchased thanks to funds raised at “Art for Life” Charity Exhibition & Art sale.

Two more ambulance vehicles for Ukraine, which together with medical aid were provided by St John Ambulance Northern Ireland, have arrived in Ukraine. They were delivered thanks to our friends at UA24.

On 20-21 April 2024, Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh provided consular service to citizens of Ukraine in Northern Ireland for the second time. This became possible thanks to the close cooperation of the Ukrainian community in Northern Ireland with the Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh and Ulster University.

On 23rd of April, 2024, the opening of the "Unissued Diplomas" exhibition took place at St Mary's Queens University College Belfast.
