Great news from the Ukrainian in Northern Ireland community group.
An ambulance for Ukraine with humanitarian aid, which was sent on the donations collected with your help and support, has arrived in Ukraine.
In May 2023, representatives of the Charitable Foundation “Gurtom UA” met in Przemyśl an ambulance filled with medicines and medical equipment, which, they are sure, will save more than one life.
Charitable Foundation “Gurtom UA” reported that together with the ambulance they received a lot of specialized medical equipment, including children’s equipment, which was transferred from Northern Ireland (part of it was provided by the Northern Ireland Craigavon Hospital Area).
Medical equipment and medical products, as part of the medical project, were transferred to the “BROVARY MULTI-PROFILE CLINIC HOSPITAL”, including:
– two ventilators for children;
– consumables for them.
Another part of the medical products was transferred to the Medical Clinical Center of the Western Region.
Dunaivetska Hospital received another ventilator.
The ambulance was delivered to the east – the Bakhmut direction and has already been handed over to the paramedic brigade and has started its rescue mission.
The paramedics thank us for the donated Mercedes ambulance with a high roof, which makes it possible to stand in it at full height and perform vital medical manipulations during transportation. The car is also equipped rescuing, stabilizing and transporting the wounded equipment.
We received a photo report and words of thanks from the paramedic team – the ambulance works and saves the lives of the wounded and the civilian population.
