Representatives of the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland Charity took part in the installation and grand opening of the “SYMBOL OF HOPE EXHIBITION” in Rush.
This special project, organized by Ukrainian Volunteers of Ireland in collaboration with Louth Cultural Community Initiatives, brought together authentic Ukrainian garments and national treasures, some nearly 200 years old, alongside stunning traditional Irish costumes.
We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to host this exhibition here in Northern Ireland and for the extremely valuable experience of collaborating with Ukrainian hubs in the Republic of Ireland. Such joint initiatives not only preserve our heritage, but also strongly unite communities across borders and cultures!
