During the exhibition of Icons on Ammunition Boxes in Armagh, we were able to raise a total of £3 500 and 25€ to support humanitarian needs in Ukraine — £400 and 25€ in charitable donations and £3100 from the sale of icons.
We are sincerely grateful to Armagh Robinson Library and St Patrick’s Church of Ireland Cathedral, Armagh, for their exceptional support and hospitality, as well as to everyone who contributed — those who made donations, visited the exhibition, shared information, and supported the cause in any way.
Our heartfelt thanks also go to the Lord Mayor of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council, Alderman Stephen Moutray, to our partners Sunflower Scotland and Spiders for Ukraine, and to all the generous buyers of the icons for their kindness and trust.
This project has once again shown how art can unite people, transform pain into hope, and turn compassion into real action. 💙💛
