The Chairman and representatives of the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland Charity are pleased to inform that high spec all-terrain Land Rover Discovery (which was procured thanks to funds raised at during our participation in the 2025 Belfast City Marathon as well as other fundraising efforts) was sent to Ukraine (filled with the medical and humanitarian aid) – to facilitate the medical retrieval and evacuation of severely wounded casualties in Ukraine. It will save more lives near the war zone in Ukraine.
We are grateful to each person and to each organization that helped and continues to help and support us with fundraising, processing documents, supplying with humanitarian aids, and transportation.
A big thank you to Northern Ireland Government Department, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Northern Ireland together with senior representatives of the Embassy of Ukraine in London and the Consulate of Ukraine in Edinburgh (who assisted and facilitated with the procurement of this all-terrain vehicle) and all the healthcare organizations that generously provided assistance with the medical and humanitarian aid.
