On 26.06.2025, the Annual General Meeting of the “Ukrainians in Northern Ireland” charity organisation was held.

The meeting was attended by 12 people, mostly Ukrainians from various cities in Northern Ireland.

There also were Ian Gibson and Polina Malcheva – independent representatives from the The Jethro Centre Lurgan, who ensured that the Annual General Meeting was held according to the rules of our Constitution and current legislation.

First, the chairman of the “Ukrainians in Northern Ireland” charity organisation, Oleg Shenkaruk reported on the work done by our charity organisation over the past year and answered questions. You can view the presentation of the report (in PDF format) at the following link:

After that, re-elections were held, as a result of which Oleg Shenkaruk was elected chairman of our charity organisation, Alina Zaruba was elected treasurer, and Viktoriya Kovtun was elected secretary.

At the AGM everyone was offered an opportunity to join the team of volunteers and support our charity organisation on a voluntary basis.

We are very grateful to Jethro Centre for providing the premises for our Annual General Meeting as well as for their support and assistance. We also sincerely thank everyone who took the time to attend, listen, and vote.

Let’s move forward!

Glory to Ukraine!
