Ukrainians in Northern Ireland charity are honoured to introduce to you our relay team, which will take part in the 2025 Moy Park Belfast City Marathon on Sunday 4th May 2025:
1 (Stormont Estate – Montgomery Road): Kateryna Bidolenko – volunteer for Ukrainians in Northern Ireland;
2 (Montgomery Road – Boucher Road): Lauren McGeown – a College student, who took part in the Dublin marathon last year, during which she raised funds to help with humanitarian assistance in Ukraine, and which she handed over to the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland;
3 (Boucher Road – Falls Road): Dr Volodymyr Shentsov – volunteer for Ukrainians in Northern Ireland;
4 (Falls Road – Duncairn Gardens): Alan Moore OBE DL – Honorary consul of Ukraine in Northern Ireland;
5 (Duncairn Gardens – Ormeau Park): Dr Vitaliy Ostropytskyy – volunteer for Ukrainians in Northern Ireland;

All funds raised will be used to procure additional ambulance vehicles (along with medical and humanitarian aid) to be send to Ukraine to facilitate the medical retrieval and evacuation of severely wounded casualties in Ukraine.
