Every year on the 4th Saturday of November, Ukraine honors the memory of the victims of the famine of 1932-1933. Today, the same as 90 years ago, the goal of the aggressor’s crime is the destruction of the Ukrainian nation as such. Destruction of our identity, culture, language.
Therefore, the memory is extremely important! Every criminal must be punished and every victim must be honored!
We, the Ukrainians in Northern Ireland, receive a memorial candle from the museum of the victims of the famine in Kyiv and light it on November 25, 2023 at 4:00 PM Kyiv time / EET / Eastern European Time in our homes.
No matter how far we are from Ukraine, our memory is alive!
We remember.
We unite.
We will win!
