Official complaints regarding all problems with Ukraine Assistance Centres, including problems with interpreters (i.e., interpreters being careless, provided incorrect translations, which have had negative consequences/impact for you), should be directed to:

Formal complaints regarding service problems with all other government agencies, including problems with interpreters (i.e., interpreters being careless, provided incorrect translations, which have had negative consequences/impact for you), should be directed  to the relevant Departmental Complaints officer within three months of the incident that prompted the complaint.
