💥💥💥 24 February, 2022 left imprint in our hearts forever. It is a year passed since the beginning of the full-scale russian invasion of Ukraine, in the war that has been going on for 9 years.
The year ahead is decisive. The future of not only our country and our nation, but also the entire civilized world depends on each of us.
We are grateful for everyone who supports Ukraine at this most dramatic moment. Thank you for all your donations, participation in rallies, meetings. For the pressure you exert on the authorities with the demand to increase assistance to the Defence Forces of Ukraine.
We invite everyone who cares, to join the peaceful Rally in the city of Belfast, 25 February, starting at 13:00, meet at Botanic Avenue (Parking) and walk to The Belfast City Hall.
Our goals are:
– to remind the world with a single voice of the global Ukrainian community about the 365 days of the awful war, about the violation from russia, a terrorist country, of all possible norms of international law;
– to honour the memory of fallen heroes;
– emphasize on the topic of continuous genocide of Ukrainians in every occupied city and village;
– draw attention to the deaths of the civilian population, including innocent children, women, and the elderly.
The brave Ukrainian people defend not only themselves, but the whole world at the cost of their lives. Ukrainians are holding back a crazed aggressor who threatens to turn the world into nuclear waste.
Most of the participants of the rally are forcibly temporarily displaced Ukrainians – mostly women with children. The greater our unity is, the faster the Victory of Ukraine will be. Together we fight and we will win.
